What photos do I need to send?
Three photos taken in natural light with no makeup. Face forward, left profile and right profile. Keep your brows unshaped and unfilled so we can see your natural growth.
Who assesses my brows?
A qualified brow expert and trichologist. We assess the follicle and growth pattern first, which is why our recommendation is often different to what you would be given in a salon.
Do I have to attend the online meeting?
No. The meeting is optional and included either way. Some people prefer to read the report and take it to their technician themselves.
What if my brows are sparse or not growing back?
That is worth assessing. Growth issues have causes, and some are recoverable. Your report will provide advice to support this.
Can I use this before booking a treatment?
Yes. Many people use their report to brief the person shaping their brows, so they walk in knowing exactly what to ask for.
