What photos do I need to send?
Three photos taken in natural light with no makeup. Face forward, left profile and right profile. Keep your brows unshaped and unfilled so we can see your natural growth.
Who assesses my brows?
Your consultation is reviewed by a Katagri brow specialist, with trichology-informed consideration of your natural growth pattern and brow density. We assess the shape, placement and available brow hair shown in your photographs to recommend an approach that works with what you naturally have.
Do I have to attend the online meeting?
No. The meeting is optional and included either way. Some people prefer to read the report and take it to their technician themselves.
What if my brows are sparse or not growing back?
Sparse or uneven brow growth can have a range of causes. Your report can identify where shape, styling and brow-care choices may help you make the most of your current growth.
If your photographs suggest a sudden, significant or unexplained change in hair growth, we may recommend seeking an appropriate healthcare or trichology assessment.
